The name Aloe Vera or True Aloe comes from the Arabic word Alloeh meaning "Shining bitter substance".Aloe Vera plants are basically tropical succulent plants. They are cultivated in tropical or sub tropical regions where weather condition is not chilling.

Introduction to Aloevera
Aloe vera belongs to the family Liliacae and is mainly cultivated for its thick fleshy leaves. There are 300 known species of Aloevera in the world out of which Aloe Barbadensis Miller is considered as the best type with 95% of medicinal properties.

In India Aloe, Vera has been referring to as "kumari’ in Ayurvedic treatments where it was popularly use to treat the sore eyes, abrasions and wounds. Aloe is use in various forms including pulp, juice, aloe medicines, cosmetics etc .Aloe Vera is full of medicinal properties & it is effective in treating various body ailments.
Medicinal uses Scientists over the world have researched that Aloevera has important role in treating 320 major diseases Aloevera has now been accredited by “American Food & Drug Bureau E.E.C. ALOE VERA PLANT

Aloe vera plants such as Aloe vera barbadensis are known for their medicinal use, various kinds of ailments and ointments are available for burns, rashes and cuts. They are use in various beauty preparations to give your skin a beautiful look. Aloe Vera plants are now found in various countries and have been commonly accepted as folk medicines. This plant can also be grown as an indoor plant but may need re-potting as it grows very large. Aloe Vera Plant is also known as medicinal aloe, medicine plant or burn plant. The name comes from the Arabic “Alloeh”, meaning bitter because of the bitter yellow liquid that is found between the gel and the leaf skin.

Aloe Vera plant looks like cactus, but is actually a member of the lily family. It grows in warm places like Asia, Africa and some parts of America and Europe that are warm. Aloe Vera plants are prized for the gel substance inside their leaves which is used for many types of medicinal purposes (medicinal aloe Vera). Growing aloe vera plants can be something anyone can do and it lets a person keep an aloe plant on hand for whenever they need a little aloe Vera gel. Aloe Vera plants are very easy to care for. They withstand quite a bit in my opinions.

They do need a lot of sunlight, so it is best to keep them in a window that gets lots of sun, unless you are in an especially cold climate. They do need to be kept warm and get plenty of light, because they can die from exposure to cold.

The plant is beneficial for uterus, liver, ulcers, colon and hemorrhoids disorders. Aloe vera not only provides healing effect to the person but it also returns the bowls to the normal position. They are easy to grow indoors and outdoors. However, growing aloe vera plant in warm weather will allow it to flourish better.

ALOE VERA GEL – DAILY USE– DAILY PROTECTION

The Indians have always known about the healing properties from the gel from the aloe vera plant, but science understands why the cooling liquid from the aloe vera plant is so important in the daily protection of the whole family including your pets.

Studies conducted that aloe Vera gel, when used daily can protect your family from disease. Applied to the skin, the gel reduces inflammation thus helping the healing process and there is substantial scientific evidence to show this.

Integrins are proteins that mediate cell adherence. Aloe vera gel is a form of pectin, but not like the kind you would use to make your jams and jellies. Scientist have studied aloe pectin and call it “cell cement” because of the way that it acts as a binding agent to aid the growth factor that cells need to divide and grow.

“So we believe that when we drop this pectin into a wound, it forms a soft gel and then binds the growth factors and makes them persist for much longer,”  “The effect we see is a significant acceleration of wound healing.”

The healing power is particularly potent for older victims who normally take longer to heal than younger people.
